I’m quite satisfied with the current 2D flat images presented by my computer’s monitor. But, for some of you, who simply feel that those flat 2D objects displayed on your computers are simply not up to par and you wanna get yourself to one dimension higher to be in par with our 3D world. Then the Tactile 3D would be a great piece of software here to help you out.
Tactile 3D basically works as a 3D proxy between you and your computer’s traditional file system. Once Tactile 3D is installed on your computer, it will show you those icons, navigation bars, menus and all other objects in the 3D form. It’ll become a complete virtual 3D environment that lets you see those files, folders and icons with height and width and also thickness. It definitely sounds complex and hard for you ti imagine. Honestly, having watched the video, I’d rather stick to the current 2D display on my computer. It’s simply kind of complex and dazzling having to move around within the 3D environment. Besides, I bet this software would need pretty high memory and high-end graphical display card just for handling your daily operation on your computer.
