I don’t quite remember since when I last used a pencil for writing notes. Using pencil or pen to write is kind of rare these days as we’re so used to typing it out using our computers and getting more paperless. Anyway, if you always have to use pencil for some kind of writing and drawring or for your high-tech kids who’re still in school, here comes the USB powered pencil sharpener that might be helpful.
This USB sharpener is called the iSharpener. The name carries an “i” could mean it’s got something to do with the Internet era or the iPod. Hope they won’t get themselves into lawsuit trouble by carrying the famous “i” of Apple. Similar to other USB gadgets, it takes power from your computer’s USB port. Or alternatively, it can also be powered by 4 AA batteries. And you just have to insert your pencil into hole on top and it’ll do all the sharpening for you. Besides, it also flashes 3 colorful LED lights to cheer you up along your sharpening process.
