Look at this man in the video, how he could do the push up having his legs hanging in the air without touching the ground and with no help of gadgets. It looks difficult, but it looks so easy for the guy in the video. The secret behind is just simply to locate the center of gravity of your body, perhaps, a point which is just below your belly button. Then straight up your arms to your shoulder length and some muscles and then start the air push-up.
It’s claimed to be good method for boys and girls to get fit without having to spend on expensive gadgets. But, if you wanna try out, do it slowly and be warned this might cause injury! Well, after you’ve managed to master the air push-up, perhaps, you could try recording your count with the push-up counter and shoot a clip for world record. But my last word is still “don’t try this at home!”
