Yoga is simply good for both mentally and physically, to keep you fit and healthy. It’s the best for geeks or gamers to have some Yoga practice, to reduce the accumulated stress picked up from staying too long in front of the computer or game console. But, I think it’s kinda hard to push geeks or gamers to take some break to go for some Yoga sessions. A Japanese game company, KONAMI has realized the fact and developed the game titled ‘Yoga in anywhere’ and it was shown during the 2007 Tokyo Game Show.
The game is designed to be installed in the Nintendo DS game console and help people to learn Yoga as they play the game anywhere. This game is definitely good for gamers, which will provide the best Yoga workout just right in front of their game spot. Demo video after the jump!
