Wind-up Lamp saves your bill with your winding effort

Wind-up Lamp saves your bill with your winding effort
If you wanna save some bills of electricity, definitely you’lll need to spend some effort. Just as what the Wind-up Lamp shows you here. This Wind-up Lamp is the design by Yuko Taguch. It needs no external power source, which allows users to generate power for it by winding its built-in key.

The lamp is equipped with a timer, which indicates how much power it has remaining, so you’ll know when the next time is to wind it up again for some power. I think this lamp should come in handy for places that have no electricity or used as a emergency light during power cut. But, I’m not too sure how long it takes for you to wind it up in order for it to stay bright enough for your long lonely night.

Great idea! The idea of people being too lazy to wind this up is ridiculous but unfortunately not too hard to believe. Thank you for designing this product. Aesthetically pleasing and practical.
