The difference between 1GB memory of 20 years ago and 1GB of now
As we’ve just talked about the water-cooled PC mod, you’d have thought that the picture attached here is to show you a piece of its accessory - an additional water pump. No, you’re dead wrong. It’s an IBM hard disk that probably was the hard disk with highest storage capacity, 1GB as well as largest body size in about 20 years ago. If you move your eyes a little bit upward, on the top right corner, you’d have noticed a little card i.e a modern 1GB flash drive card. The 20-year-old IBM 1GB hard drive weighs about 32kg but today’s 1GB you can simply pick it up with your fingertips. That’s how technology evolves and keeps sizing down!

can you imagine, 20 years from now what it would be like? Perhaps 1TB ultraquick memory on a pinhead embeddable anywhere.

:D…. if too small like that, then I have to get myself ready with some fund to always buy new 1 as I’d always misplace or lose it…………!!!!!!!!! But I think 20 years fr now should be more than 1TB in a pinhead, since today’s technology is like flying. The speed of development is much faster than b4!
