Do not under estimate the power of AA battery! Panasonic has created a new chapter in the history of AA battery. They have just demonstrated that how they make use of AA batteries to power a racing car that can run at a speed of 100km/h or more!
The car shown in the picture is the racing car that carries 192 pieces of Panasonic’s Oxyride AA-sized batteries. You can see that the 192 batteries are packed inside a wooden box that tied to the car with two blue ribbons and a couple of other wiring fixtures.
It’s the world’s fastest AA-battery-powered car ever, which is able to reach a top speed of 122 km/h and maintain an average speed of 109.5 km/h while running back and forth on a 1km track. Here is a video that shows the world’s fastest AA battery-powered racing car in action.
