I'd like to be able to use the group chat, to pick some groups to monitor the chat of. SL needs to have a "no avatar login mode" for use by programs like this, where you don't have an avatar or a local position, but can access the non-localized aspects of SL, like the group chat, group notices, linden notices, friends list, etc. AjaxLife is a nice, very clever program.
