Mozila and eBay have just launched an eBay-focused version of Firefox.
The eBay edition of Firefox provides functionalities such as an eBay sidebar for real-time tickering of items status update (such as bidded items, items added in watch list or items just uploaded for bidding), status alerts, outbid notices, integrated eBay search and built-in support for eBay’s Account Guard.
Other than the eBay edition, they’ve also got an add-on for existing Firefox users. Both the eBay edition and the add-on work for European eBay sites including UK, France and Germany. If you’ve been a bidder or a seller on eBay, this eBay edition of Firefox will be pretty useful to keep you receiving instant update from eBay. So, you could always stay ahead for taking any action against bid than anyone who don’t have it. The eBay edition can be downloaded here.
