Oh man, what a gadget - it makes sure cool - but it looks very silly. It would be a great excuse for fat people to say: "No, I´m tall but my Cooler T-Shirt let´s me look fat." - Remember "Supersize Me?" :-)

[...] Again, the weather is too hot. Simply having the cooling shirt might not be sufficient to cool you down. Thanks to Hammacher Schlemmer, which has just added an accessory to the line, so you can wear it together with the USB cooling shirt as a complete set to cool you down from head to tail! The cooling hat from Hammacher makes use of patented Hydroweave system that actually uses the sun energy to cause evoporation to take heat away from your head. To use it, you need to get the hat wat, so when the water evaporates it’ll then cool your head down. But I feel it’s little inconvenient that you have to wet it up whenever you wanna wear it under the sun. Anyway, if you can’t find any water source around to wet it up. Perhaps, your sweat would be sufficient to wet it up after being exposed under the hot sun for couple of hours, which might bring similar effect. Shouldn’t it contain a little high-tech element, such as a tiny reservoir, so you can store up some water for later use, and it will sprinkle itself automatically when going under the sun? Buy online, $25, Hammacher [...]
