The Chinese companies are so smart and good at producing clones for those branded gadgets. We’ve seen the Meizu before, which was considered the clone for the iPhone. Now, the Nokia N95 also gets a clone, which is known as the E-PDA V16. As shown in the picture, this Chinese clone has a body that is much longer than the Nokia N95, but it’s not a slider. Obviously, its keypad is located at bottom of the screen, where there are some strange buttons on the sides for navigation. It is actually a touch-screen candybar. Its display is a magnificent 3″ QVGA TFT.
Turn to the back, they look more alike, but the clone seems to carry two speakers, which is the uniqueness shown by Chinese cell phone that gives high volume of ring tone. Its built-in camera is definitely much less powerful than the N95’s, which features only a 3 megapixels, fixed focus and no Carl Zeiss.
It works with stylus, can recognize both Chinese and English handwriting. This cell phone takes three cards, which are two sim cards and one microSD memory card, which means you can have 2 phone numbers on one phone. This is what the N95 can’t provide. Other than this, the clone also carries a high-capacity 1800 mAh battery, which the N95 doesn’t have either. Well, the clone would only cost you less than half of the price of the original N95. So, you want the clone or the original?

Aaahh welll….I just wanit to kno ifthis fone is available in pakistan!! I just got another clone for n95 which is kinda different!! Its Blak an unfortunatly but fortunatly for me is a slider too!! A 2 mega pixel double camera fone…micro SD n single sim!!

the chinese phone is readly available in Corrol Bagh Market New Delhi and its around Rs 6500/ but wit negotation you can bring the price down.

Hi all,
I have purchased this clone n95 model but I have user manual in chinese language. So can anyone tell me from where I can get the English user manual for this model. I cant remember many of the features it gives.

guys i just got A clone version of N95.sadly it isnt a slider..but it has 2 mp camera..Video player,FM radio and Blueotooth…I also have a usb cable,but i cant seem to find a place where to plug in it in the CELLPhone…To transfer data from computer?

Hi Badar it has only one port the same port is used to transfer the datas and charging it acts as usb mass storage device it has USB port connect it to your P.C

hi i think the clone is crap. i want the original, i don’t care if it’s second-hand nuthn can compare to the original N95. by the way what does the clone have that N95 does not have? nothin besides a useless laser pointer. N95 has FM radio, only shortfall is that it’s not integrated. the only problem i have with the N95 is… it’s too DAMN EXPENSIVE!!!. can someone get me one for a cheaper price? don’t care if it’s not brand-new!!!

hi all,
well, i have brought this phone from one of my best friend, i got it as a brand new.a box packed, with aditional battery, cd,charger cum usb connector, catalogue and a head phone.its working is fantastic. and my friends, now a days who cares a catalogueon the cases of Mobiles??any hw, i dont care.
but the main problem with this handset is, as my knoledge, we cant connect this with GPRS, as someone instructed me, that, this will get blocked, as this phone contain illegal version of the OS.
and if someone can letme knw the apps which i can upload to this, ough,
also, if i am getting any hardware problem, can i get repaired??
just share your thoughts, and if someone need any infos, i willing to provide solution, if that, i can.

considered the 1st generation of n95 clone which
isnt a slider, there is exist a 2nd generation
and most shocking 3rd generation which, the 3rd
generation clone of n95 is 99% similiar as the

U can’t find following things on him.
Camera Flash.
Repairing.
softwears.
Games.
and Ofcoures…………Warranty and spearparts.
U Can use hime like a mp4 player which can be a mobilephone.

Has anybody run into serious trouble buying a clone N95? I mean isn’t it worth the price we pay cos it’s not as costly as the original Nokia version? I presume you can use the clone for a couple of years without any critical problems. I feel it’s wrong to condemn it just because it comes from China and is a cheaper (in terms of price) version within reach of the average mobile user. Please tell me whether anybody who has purchased a clone regretted the decision as performance was not up to expectations — of course taking into account the relatively low price paid for it in comparison to the original. Obviously, one caanot expect it to be on par with the original which costs more than US$ 700. Also, whether the user manual of the clone is available in English..

my clone n95, is the 3rd generation version. WAP enable, webcam enable,comport available to connect to its PC sync manager. However, have not explore its Universal Remote Control function. Don’t understand how its Fun Manual functions. its handwriting functions o.k. if only all of us who appreciate this hp can have access to any compatible software that support or enhance its existing OS, I SUPPOSE THE ORIGINAL VERSION WILL FACE A STIFF COMPETITION……

The n95 is a very useful phone, however, when buying, make sure to check to see what firmware is on it, and if it’s updated to the newest version, as there have been alot of upgrades to this phone. Just my 0.02 cents!

Hai the N95 can be locked…………….
Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Auto Phone Lock
In that set the auto phone lock for some specified seconds.
Then the phone will be locked. You can Unlock the phone as a normal NOKIA phone. By pressing left first button and the # button.

i have purchased one here in nepal and it is really cheap, way too cheap like five times more cheaper here in nepal than anywhere else. But i am willing to get the chinese software so that i can change some themes and also i wanted it specially to check my mails. so If possible how to use these cells for internet access and for checking mails.is it also possible to find chinese software so that i can run it with more features.

NO DOUBT, IT LOOKS VERY NICE. IT IS AVAILABLE IN INDIA WITH BOTH SINGLE AND DOUBLE SLIDER. BUT SIS/RAR FILES DOES NOT WORK IN THIS MOBILE. THIS IS A DRAWBACK. ONE THING IS GOOD THAT TWO SIMS CAN BE OPERATED SAME TIME IN SOME OF N 95 CLONE MODELS.
