“Ring Mouse” shows you a different way of cursoring around. Just strap it to your finger, you can then cursor on any surface, including your thumb. The kind of handiness when using “ring mouse” is you don’t have to get a mouse pad or find a flat surface to use your mouse. This is especially good for those who don’t even wanna lose a single minute and wanna get some work done, while waiting for a train, sitting on the long bench at the train station. This is the product of Global Link, which was shown at Computex in Taipei. The “ring mouse” simply reminds me the Perific Wireless Mouse, which works similarly that you need no flat surface or mouse pad. The only short is “ring mouse” still presents you the hassle of having to deal with the dangling wire, whereas Perific mouse works wirelessly over bluetooth.

Good idea, as long as you don’t need your hand for ANYTHING else but mousing! How about typing, or picking up a pencil? I couldn’t stand putting it on and taking it off every time I needed to do some other task for a quick second.
