I think the Japanese like those virtual pet very much, such as the Dream Chick. Here is a piggy bank, which carries a monkey face instead of a pig face that works like a virtual pet. Having it, you’ll feel obliged to feed it well with coins, in return to make you save more money. When you bring a coin just in front of its mouth, it then opens up and chows down the coin.
