Here is a gadget that combines great design and humor. The UFO Abduction Lamp is the concept design by Artist Lasse Klein. This lamp features a light-up UFO hovering above the ground, where there is a cow being sucked up to the UFO by its tractor beam. The lamp switch is the little attenna on top of the UFO. Once you press it the whole thing lights up. Actually the light bulb is within the metal UFO located on top. When it’s on, the light will then illuminate both windows where the mysterious aliens sit inside and also the glass beam. If you’re the kind of dreamer hoping that one day you’ll get abducted by aliens and brought to explore the myterious universe. Then having this lamp at your bed side, perhaps, will make your dream come true. Anyway, this currently still a concept.

I’ve been looking for one of these for ages! it’s not an original design though, I’ve seen it on a film but I can’t remember which one it was at all, some horror film and the kid has one.
