A WiFi detector is pretty convenient, which you can just carry around to find out which coffee shops or shopping complex that have strong WiFi signal that deserve you to drop by. DigiWiFi detector is a pocket-sized and portable gadget that you can always bring it along with you, to help you locate the best WiFi spot. It’s got a LCD display, which shows you information such assignal strength, SSID, encryption status (WEP and WPA) and the current channel being used (1-14) of available WiFi networks.
A couple of buttons are located under its screen, which allow you to easily navigate and operate this gadget. The little short is the DigiWiFi detector fails to recognize 802.11n networks. Anyway, Wireless-N is still too early to talk about. As long as it works well with all those Wireless-B and Wireless-G networks, then it should be more than sufficient for me.
