Personally I don’t believe in that but you never know, I think best stress reliever is cigarettes
which just happen that I quit smoking about 6mo ago and I feel good!

I used2hav cigarrete as my stress reliever. but I found tat I had more stress when smoking … hahaha, now I’ve stopped for more than 4 yrs
