More and more TV addicts and more demands from these addicts to want their best companion, their cellphone, to be able to let them watch their favorite TV show anywhere. Sharp has got a new technology that will help out TV addicts, which they can watch quality TV show on their cellphone. Sharp’s new technology, is simply a tiny liquid crystal display that boasts four times better contrast than the best products commercially available today.
Sharp aims to ship the 5.5-centimetre displays this fall, targeting nearly $850 million US in sales next year. Japan has started broadcasting terrestrial digital TV to mobile phone last April and they are increasingly popular. The commercially available technology still pretty poor to deliver quality TV pictures on cellphone. So the Sharp’s contribution will surely add more on fun to TV show on cellphone.
