The Japanese society is simply well known to us flooded with digital pets. Although I’m no fan of this kind of digipets, but I’ve heard quite a lot about it. So after the Tamagochi, then what’s next? That is the litlle baby chicken robot, which looks so real and its name is Dream Chick. The baby robot chicken is modeled after a 4 day-old baby chicken, as that’s when they’re the cutest. I personally know this pretty well, as my granny used to rear quite a number of boxes of these baby chicks when I was a kid. They’re simply the cutest when they’re just about 3 to 4 day-old, but will be getting less cute when they’re getting older. But the robotic one surely stays cute forever as it doen’t grow up.
Furthermore, this robot chick reacts to petting, doesn’t shit, doesn’t need to be fed, so it would be perfect pet for someone. What other cute actions of the Dream Chick? When held, the Dream Chick flaps its wings and makes peeping noises when stroked. This will really keep those young, attractive yet lonely Japanese chicks well-accompanied. It costs only 2,310 yen ($19.00).

Having it, you’ll feel obliged to feed it well with coins, in return to make you save more money. When you bring a coin just in front of its mouth, it then opens up and chows down the coin. Having couple of chews before swallowing it into its stomach for saving. Here is the funny video link at YouTube. It’s available in three colors, which are grey, blue and red. [...]
