
Nokia just revealed its new music phone, Nokia 5700 XpressMusic, today. Its “butt” is twistable. The twistable butt is basically a switch for user to easily switch between the four modes – music player, 2 Megapixel camera, video call and smartphone.
This phone is best for music, which features a dedicated audio chip for improved music performance. It comes with integrated stereo speakers, Bluetooth A2DP, and 3.5-mm adapter to fit your favorite headphones. It’s a 3G smartphone with high dataspeed that allows you to have speedy download and play tracks from range of Internet music stores. Using an optional 2GB MicroSD card, you can have up to 1,500 tracks on it.
Other than downloading tracks, a 3G enabled phone also means you can enjoy high speed data connectivity for browsing Internet and streaming of multimedia content. Its screen supports up to 16 million colors and with its 2 megapixel camera, making video calls and video playback excellent on this phone. The Nokia 5700 XpressMusic is based on S60 software, which enables personalization with a wide choice of compatible applications that can be downloaded. It’ll be available in Europe in Q2 for for a pre-VAT price of 350 pounds.
