sunshade for laptop!
If I were to work under the sun, I’d rather get a sunshade that is big enough not only for my laptop and also for myself. As I don’t wanna let my skin produce extravagant of Vitamin D, which could possibly be killing! Perhaps, the laptop sunshade would be pretty useful for those chasing hard for breaking news in the desert. You know what I mean? Those who run after the Gulf War breaking news.

Anyway, having this sunshade on your laptop, will be pretty taxing on the eyes. If you have no choice, which you really need to stand the hot sun and work, then having this sunshade can keep your laptop well-protected from the sun. At least, reducing the risk of having to folk out for another new laptop. The laptop sunshade can be adjusted to cater for laptops measuring 10″ to 17″ wide. It costs about $35.00. With this price, you’d probably be able to get a sunshade that’s big enough to protect both you and your laptop.

  1. Jim Says:

The sun will only process enough healthy vitamin D3 that your body can use. Even 20,000 IU of natural vitamin D3 is fine.

It’s different from taking high doses of vitamin D2 in supplements which can be unhealthy and dangerous.

  2. Ted Hutchinson Says:

As Jim has pointed out it’s impossible to get too much Vitamin D from sunshine.
There is a useful animated graphical representation of how the skin makes Vitamin d3 and what happens to the excess D3 if you stay out in the sun too long here http://www.uvguide.co.uk/vitdpathway.htm.

http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/full/85/1/6 shows that Jim is right to promote the safety of using Vitamin D3 supplement Cholecalciferol.

http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/abstract/84/4/694 shows Jim is also correct in pointing out the problems with Vitamin D2 Ergocalciferol.
