Flybook’s V5 Tablet PC equiped with mobile broadband

Flybook showcased its small size V5 Tablet PC during CeBIT 2007. It’s a swivel type. The V5 tablet PC comes with Intel Core Duo ULV 1.06 GHz processor, 1GB DDR RAM, upgradable to maximum of 2GB and 1.8″ 40GB hard disk drive. It has a screen display of 8.9″/16:9 wide-view color LTPS TFT LCD. The LCD is a overlaid touch panel type, which can be operated in dual mode - landscape and portrait.

Flybook has prepared its V5 with great support for wireless network connection. Other than the common Bluetooth and Wi-Fi that we always see in others’ product, the V5 is equiped with the latest mobile broadband, such as the 3G HSDPA, or lower generation, UMTS/EDGE/GPRS etc. It’s also has a built-in 1.3 megapixel camera. Other features are similar to what we commonly see in other laptop, UMPC or tablet PC products, such as wired LAN up to Gigabit support, modem , speakers etc. It’s Vista ready . Available in 4 colors, silver , black, gold and pink. It measures 235 x 163 x 30 mm and weighs around 1200g when fully equipped.
