If you think your wife’s kitchen life is simply too boring and you wanna reward her for being the best cook for the family, then the Philips DCD788 kitchen system, will be a nice gift for her coming birthday or as a Mother’s Day gift. But I doubted if she could continue to serve you and your kids with nice food after having this system.
The Philips DCD788 is a kitchen system, comes with docking station, which you can hook up your iPod, DVD, VCD, MP3 CDs, picture CDs to it. Its has an 8.5-inch widescreen LCD display and surely will let your wife enjoy all sort of audio and video. Other than this, it also has an integrated ATSC/NTSC TV tuner, digital AM/FM tuner, a couple of 2″ speakers, cooking timer and clock, and wireless remote. It looks like the functionality for cooking isn’t that much. As I said, you might face the risk of losing the best cook. The system will be shipped next week for about $400.00.
