Doubts floating around if Google was to develope a phone. Now, it’s confirmed and it’s official by the director of Google in Spain or Portugal, Isabel Aguilera. According to this guy, Google is somehow working on a movable telephone, for users to accede information. And this movable phone is just one of the 18 initiatives by Google’s R&D. Speculation on Google phone arose due to the recent annoucement by Google for looking for engineers and analysts specialized in telecommunication. But it sounds like now Google phone is not much a big deal, which was thought to follow others to compete with Apple iPhone.

It’s loaded with a handful of Google utilities such as GMail, Google Maps and Google search etc. That’s why it’s been crowned the title “Google Phone”. It’s a 3G phone, carries a red-on-black color scheme, which is similar to LG Chocolate but with wider screen to suit all the Google apps. It’s got quite a number of great features, such as FM radio, MP3 player, 2 megapixel camera, video calls, microSD card expansion slot etc. Although its 2-inch screen is wider than any other LG phones, but I still feel it wouldn’t be fun at all for having to use Google apps on its considerably tiny screen. But, what has been reported by New York Times would have probably shattered many people’s dreams. [...]
