At the first glance, you’d have thought what the function of having a small monitor to be hinged on top of a big one. This is the idea to save your desk space.
You know our busy work life will need us to have at least 2 monitors, which one is for you to focus on your daily heavy task and the other for you to keep track of your emails, news feeds and media player etc. Busy people like us doesn’t mean that we’re rich enough for big office space, especially for start up, who might have a pack space and a terribly small work desk.
The Tenbuno 19″ LCD monitor comes in pretty handy for those who needs multiple monitors for their work but having tight work desk space. It’s got an 8.4-inch sub screen hinged on its head. So you can make use of the small sub screen to read your email and your news feed etc. The only downside is the sub screen can have maximum resolution of 800×600, so you’ll have to tolerate with the small display and print. Well, small display for your email, news feed etc should be good enough. This monitor will hit the market in May in Korea, but price is still unknown.

[...] Simply having too much work to catch up with, then a single screen on your computer is definitely insufficient! We’ve seen before that a PC dual monitor comes with a small screen hinged on top of it. Which the intention is to let us run and keep an eye on multiple tasks at the same time. Now, the multiple screen idea has come to the laptop, the handy companion for the frequent business travelers. This Acme portable computer can have two additional screens to attach to either side of the main screen to form a three-screened laptop for you. If you’re really the kind of overly busy guy who really needs three screen to work on. Then you’ll have no choice, whenever you travel just bring along two additional screens with you. At least, it ’s certainly easier to transport than three LCD monitors or a dual monitor and a tower. [...]
