I have to start keeping up with things, I didn't know they were in a battle with each other. That's good that they came to an agreement, since the Apple iPhone just wouldn't be able to go on with another name. Like you said it's engraved in our brains. Also, Apple has 'i' on everything, it's what they do, iPod, iLife, iWork, iTunes, and the list goes on. Cisco (and every other company) should be putting 'i' on everything they make.
