[...] Still remember the dual slider by Helio? It’s finally launched! So just to repeat some of the worth-mentioned feature here, i.e its dual slider, which makes it a triple decker of LCD, QWERTY and keypad. When slid up, it presents you a normal cell phone look (vertical), you’ll get the number keypad. When slid sideways (horizontal), you will get the QWERY, so you can start working hard on your messaging. On the software side, it comes with an integrated messaging interface for IM, TXT, SMS and Email. It supports all the major messaging protocols, including pop/IMAP/Exchange ActiveSync. It’s equiped with a full HTML browser. The full HTML browser also has a mini map allows you to zoom out to view the entire webpage. But it looks like there is no mention about Flash support for this browser. Other then this, there’s the search bar that with one text field will bring back Yahoo, Google, Wikipedia, and local search results. Other features include Helio’s Music service, GPS features, Playsforsure, and UP, a photo upload service that works with the 2.0MP camera. And the UI works in both landscape and portrait. It’s a 3G phone, with the support of EV-DO network for fast multimedia downloads. Get ready $300.00 to own it. via [Gizmodo] [...]
